Enchanted Care Schools Raise $3,600 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand

Fourteen schools held lemonade stands on July 17 to raise funds and awareness for children with cancer

On July 17, 14 Enchanted Care schools in Greater Columbus held lemonade stands to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a national childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research into new treatments and cures for all children battling cancer. Students promoted their lemonade stands by creating posters to hang at their schools and local businesses, and many schools also sold baked goods, including cookies and muffins. Through their efforts, Enchanted Care schools raised more than $3,600 for ALSF, and students learned the importance of helping children in need.
