Students at Enchanted Care Schools in Gahanna Create Sculptures

Students celebrated Earth Day and protecting the environment with various activities

Throughout the week of April 18, students at Enchanted Care Learning Center and Enchanted Care Kids Campus in Gahanna celebrated Earth Day with various environment-themed activities. Students from both schools combined efforts to build sculptures out of recycled materials. Students and their families first collected recycled materials, which students then built into structures and painted to display at the schools. Additionally, students had a door-decorating contest and created bird feeders using toilet paper and paper towels rolls, which were coated in sunflower butter and bird seed.

Leading up to Earth Day, students learned about the various ways to protect the planet. Enchanted Care teaches the importance of community and exploring nature at an early age.
