Students at Ready Set Grow in New Albany Celebrate Earth Day

Students and their families attended an Earth Day-themed celebration where they created art using recycled materials

On April 19, students at Ready Set Grow in New Albany hosted an event called “The Heart of the Earth is Art” to kick off their Earth Day celebrations. At the event, students and their families participated in a variety of art projects, including paintings and sculptures, using recycled materials they collected. The projects were then displayed in a gallery of “Earth art” to celebrate Earth Day the following week. Ready Set Grow teaches the importance of community and environmental consciousness at an early age.
