Ohio State Parks on the air Amateur Radio Contest to contact all other State parks in the USA. This is an open house event and the public is welcome to come and check out Amateur Radio and get on the air even if not licensed to try it out on our radios! We have operators who can supervise under the W8VTD Call Sign which will be used for this National Event and guide you through your first QSO Call since you don’t yet have a call sign. WARA invites all Licensed Amateur Radio Operators to stop by and log some contacts with our station!
