The Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce business leaders came together last night and "mobbed" two local Cuyahoga Falls Chamber Member businesses with cash and support!
Thank you to the business leaders who helped us "cash mob" Pieces Fine Furniture Consignment located at 2131 State Road - Cuyahoga Falls AND Rock Fresh located at 3883 State Road - Cuyahoga Falls.
The business leaders were given the location of the two places to be "cash mobbed" at 5:30 pm sharp last evening. "This adds to the excitement of the event" says Laura Petrella, CEO for the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce. Also the fact that some of the participants have not been to the Cash Mob selected locations, this could be a new customer for the Chamber Member selected locations.

The selected Chamber Member locations are determined by the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee and advance notice is given to the locations so that they may prepare for the "mobbing". All Chamber Members who are a retail/restaurant establishment are eligible to be selected by the committee as a future destination.

DETAILS:
- 5:30 pm sharp at the Chamber Parking lot on 2nd Street.
- Locations will be announced at 5:30 pm. OK to come late – CALL Laura Petrella at 330-808-0032 for locations if you will be late and need to meet us.
- Same day as the Chamber of Commerce Monthly Luncheon. (4th Wednesday of the month)
- We are meeting as a group and then will *carpool to our destinations. *Optional.
- There will be 2 surprise stops we make each time to Chamber Member locally owned Retail and Restaurant/Taverns.
- We ask that everyone spend at least $10.00. (Thank you!)
- Please bring CASH as not all locations accept credit cards. (Thank you!)
- Invite your business associates, co-workers, spouses and significant others! 21 years and older only.

What is a cash Mob?
Wikipedia: A cash mob is a group of people who assemble at a local business and all buy items from that business. The purpose of these mobs is to support both the local businesses and the overall community. They may also serve a secondary purpose in providing social opportunities. They were inspired by flash mobs.
