Mary Gertrude Taylor Meese, 101, former radio announcer

Mary Gertrude Taylor Meese, 101, of Cuyahoga Falls, a former radio announcer known as the Voice of Massillon and the Story Lady, died Aug. 13.

She and her late husband, Glenn, taught Sunday school at and participated in local theatre.

Memorial services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at the Chapel at Canton Christian Home, 2550 Cleveland Ave. NW, Canton.
