Valley Savings Starts Year With Six Promotions

(Cuyahoga Falls, OH) The Valley Savings Bank Board of Directors has named three new senior vice presidents and announced three additional promotions.

William Flinta, Marilyn Jacob and Debbie McMurray, who previously served as vice presidents for Valley Savings, become senior vice presidents for the community
bank with two locations in Cuyahoga Falls. The board also promoted Patti Denham and Aaron Barnhart from assistant vice presidents to vice presidents. Lisa Ohler has been named a Valley Savings Bank assistant vice president.

In addition to assuming a higher level of responsibility, each of the three new senior vice presidents will continue to focus on their area of specialty for the bank. Flinta, who joined Valley Savings in 2001, retains his position as the bank’s senior lender; Jacob, who has been with the bank since 1986, remains chief financial officer; and McMurray, a Valley Savings employee for nearly 24 years,
continues to manage bank operations.
