Can we get the billionaires in Silicon Valley to move to the Cuyahoga River Valley?

Why do we want to add more brick and mortar retail shopping?

Should we:

1. Reduce the taxes on the billionaires and increase the taxes on the working middle class?

2. Build new school buildings to improve the environment for teachers & learners?

3. Increase the Internet literacy of large & little learners and leaders (teachers) by using the latest free tools, techniques, and training?

4. Do we have other choices (questions)?
