How much time and money do we (the people) spend to support our public officials?

1.  Is money just a way to store & retrieve our time or is money much more?  If so, then what?

2.  If we are rich in time and poor in money then could we convince our public officials to accept time and work instead of our promise to pay money that we do not have? 

3.  How is a rich (Dad|Mom) like & unlike a poor (Dad|Mom)?

4.  How is a rich neighborhood like & unlike a poor neighborhood?

5.  How is a rich community like & unlike a poor community?

6.  Is the level of trust & respect higher in a rich _________?

7.  Will our public conversations with our public officials help?
