Should we (discuss | deny) what might happen if a real bomb went off in our community?

If a real bomb went off in a building where someone that you cared about might be then what would you do?

1. Do we (the people) know what to do before, during, and after?

2. If we can't discuss it here -- then where?

3. Who should facilitate the discussion?

4. If we suspect that someone we know might be the perp then what should we do?

5. Are we positioned to use the latest tools, techniques, and training -- as community members?

6. What are some other questions that we should ask ourselves?
