Why do we have so many questions without answers?

Why ask all of these questions and never get to any answers? Because no one person has all of the answers. And, the people who comment (vote with their comments) help us know the top questions.

The process that we are using is the same one used by the trained engineers who put a man on the moon -- with an exception. Β

It uses three questions - more simply worded - as follows:

1. Β How can we help each other?

2. Β What questions do we need to ask ourselves to answer #1?

3. Β What answers do we need for each question in #2?

The process forces us to rethink everything that we do.

It assumes that we have the power to change the way that we (as a community) manage our time, costs, and quality of services.

It means that we have the power to defer judgments of good, bad, right, and wrong.

It means that we can consider all of the questions and answers regarding our community.

And, it means that we make informed choices based on a buffet of optional choices (answers).

The process enables everyone in our community to be informed and involved -- all of the time.

It empowers us to include all of our key public information organizations.

It empowers us to apply all of the latest tools, techniques, and training.

And, it ignores the limits of money, buildings, and geographic boundaries.

More on this later.
