Driver Cited Following Investigation of Issaquah Crash
Donna Tuber, 65, of Cuyahoga Falls, was cited by the Falls police for failure to control and full time and attention.

Following the completion of a month-long investigation by the Summit Metro Crash Response Team, decided to cite Donna Tuber, 65, of Cuyahoga Falls, for failure to control and full time and attention, according to a message posted on the department's Facebook page Thursday afternoon.
The citations stem from an at 11:35 a.m. where Tuber missed a right turn from Richmond Road to Issaquah Street, careened into a house and injured herself and resident Mary Nime.
Nime, 37, who was struck by the late model Chrysler 300 as it crashed through her home, was taken to Akron City Hospital for unspecified injuries.

Little is known about Nime’s current condition, but immediately following the accident, rescue crews considered her a trauma patient and immobilized her with the use of a neck brace and stretcher, said Akron resident Dave Frankowski who was on scene shortly after the crash.
Tuber, a Richmond Road resident, was released from Akron General Medical Center just hours after the accident as she sustained only minor injuries.

The county's crash team, comprised of officers and crash experts from several local police departments, uses state-of-the-art equipment to meticulously reconstruct major or complex accidents, said the team’s operations commander, Brian Battaglia.
