Center for Child Development Open House – Enrolling Now!
The Center for Child Development (CCD) through The University of Akron’s (UA) College of Education is hosting a community open house on Saturday, May 21 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
The CCD recently earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) – the nation’s leading organization of early childhood professionals. The accreditation is valid for the next five years.

Tour the center, visit the classrooms, meet the staff, and begin the enrollment process on the day of the open house. The center offers two toddler classrooms for ages 21 months to 36 months and three preschool rooms for children ages three to five years.
