We are excited to present a community health fair June 22, 2011 from 1-5pm at Altercare of Cuyahoga Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care, located at 2728 Bailey Rd., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. The exhibitors will be Altercare of Cuyahoga Falls, Absolute Skilled Home Care, Klein’s pharmacy, Miller’s, Sunrise Massage Therapy, Great Lakes Caring Hospice. Services provided for free will be Wii demonstrations and games, tours of our rehabilitation and therapy department, blood pressure checks, Blood sugar checks, Body Mass Index, Sleep apnea risk assessments, Cholesterol checks, Memory screening, chair massages, information about advance directives with Living Wills and Durable Powers of Attorney. All are welcome and the services are all Free. I look forward to seeing you and sharing our rehabilitation program where “Success Happens Everyday”
