You may request a particular hole number if available. You will have the opportunity to sit at this golf hole exclusively and pass out your goodies (your company literature, your golf items, water bottles, snacks, prizes, etc. β no alcohol) to the golfers. This is an easy way to mingle with all of the golfers! You are responsible to bring your own supplies (table, chairs, sunscreen, food, water, non-alcohol beverages, etc.) to your exclusive golf hole.

- Includes your business NAME on a sign at a shared golf hole. Also includes listing in golf program. You may request a particular hole number if available. You will have the opportunity to sit at this golf hole and pass out your goodies (e.g., your company literature, your golf items, water bottles, snacks, prizes, etc. β no alcohol) to the golfers. This is an easy way to mingle with ALL of the golfers! Β You are responsible to bring your own supplies (table, chairs, sunscreen, food, water, non-alcohol beverages, etc.) to the golf hole. Β Ideas: Β Have a lemonade stand, serve rootbeer floats, hand out popsicles, offer golf contests, give each golfer a goody bag with your information.

Tee time is 8 am and includes 18 holes of golf, greens fees, shared cart, golf favors, driving range/putting and chipping greens, continental breakfast, 9th hole break snacks, BBQ lunch/dessert, participation in contest holes, healthy snack, registration for door prize drawings, and beverages (beer, soda, water) all day.
- Foursome / Golf TeamΒ β $360 per team. Tee time is 8 am and includes 18 holes of golf, greens fees, shared cart, golf favors, driving range/putting and chipping greens, continental breakfast, 9th hole break snacks, BBQ lunch/dessert, participation in contest holes, healthy snack, registration for door prize drawings, and beverages (beer, soda, water) all day.
- BBQ Lunch/Dessert Only (no golf)Β β $20Β per person, $15Β per event volunteer. Join us at approximately 1 pm at the Pavilion next door to Downview Sports Center on Bailey Road.
- Team Photos β FREE. Each team will receive a FREE team photograph. Photos will be taken from 7 am to 10 am at the Clubhouse and on the Golf Course and will be given out at the BBQ Lunch. Β We are not responsible for teams that miss this opportunity.

***RESERVATIONS POLICY
Final reservations, cancellations and special dietary requests must be made by noon the Friday before each Chamber Meeting/Event/Program by calling (330-929-6756) or emailing (rsvp@cfchamber.com) the Chamber office, as we are required to confirm the exact number of reservations in advance of any event. You are responsible for payment, once your reservation is made, whether or not you attend. If you are unable to attend, please send someone in your place. If you arrive at a Chamber event and your company has not paid your pre-invoice to that event you will be required to give a credit card at the door in order to attend. We accept cash, checks, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card. No Shows (with RSVP) for any meeting or event will be invoiced with a $5.00 surcharge. Non-sufficient Funds Policy: A $35.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. **Non-Member Guests may attend the Monthly Luncheon Meetings as a guest one time at no charge and one time as a Non-Member at the $28 rate before joining the Chamber. **This applies to a business that has never been a Member of the Chamber only. *Non-Member Guests may also attend other Chamber Events 1 time as a guest before joining the Chamber of Commerce. *Special events excluded.
