Growing Up Akron Fundraiser @ Thirsty Dog Brewery - Child Guidance & Family Solutions

On Friday, Aug. 26, Child Guidance and Family Solutions will host its second annual "Growing Up Akron" fundraiser. If you did not have the chance to attend last year’s event, don’t miss this one – whether you "grew up Akron" or not.

Remember, this is not just another fundraiser. No tux required for this event, just a pair of jeans and your favorite Akron garb. Forget bidding on endless auction items. Instead, we serve some of Akron’s landmark food, such as cheeseburgers from Swenson’s and Skyway, Acme Fresh Market, DiFeo’s Chicken, Diamond Deli Subs, Gino’s Pizza, Ken Stewart’s Restaurants, Main Street Muffins, Mary Coyle’s Ice Cream, The Westside Bakery, and of course, local brews from Akron’s own Thirsty Dog Brewery.

Last year’s event was a huge success! It was a sellout event with over 275 people in attendance. This year promises to be even bigger. What better way to spend a summer evening?
