UPDATE Falls Cab Company Owner Says He Was Stabbed
Cuyahoga Falls Police are searching for a suspect.

Memorial Day took a dangerous turn for the owner of Falls Cab, a local taxi business located at 2481 Front Street, after he was confronted and stabbed twice by an irate customer, said police.
The victim told Cuyahoga Falls Police that an unidentified black man came into his office around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday and began shouting about being overcharged on a past cab fare.
“The gentleman came in here yelling about he was overcharged and ripped off,” said Dave Bridge, owner of Falls Cab Company. I kept trying to talk to him a couple times to see if he can give me the information … I tried to be very nice to him, after third time I told him ‘it’s time to leave’, then after that, well I got too close and lost.”

Bridge said his left arm was stabbed twice near his elbow and received stitches at .
Following the stabbing, Bridge said the man ran away. He describes the man as a black male with gray hair, about 5’9-5’10 and was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt.

“Cab driving everybody considers a dangerous job, it’s really not that bad especially here in Cuyahoga Falls,” he said.
