Falls School Board Committees to Provide Updates, Contracts Up for Approval

Here's a rundown of what to expect at the Board of Education meeting tonight at Cuyahoga Falls High School.

The Cuyahoga Falls Board of Education will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the to discuss the following items:

Committee Reports:

Focus Area 1: Teaching & Learning, Assessment & Professional Development – Mrs. Therese Dunphy, Mrs. Barbara Gunter and Mrs. Debra McNair.
Focus Area 2: School Culture and Student Services – Dr. Phillip Martucci and Mr. David Rump.
Focus Area 3: Family, Business & Community Involvement – Mr. Michael Englert and Mr. Dale Petty.
Focus Area #4: Facilities/Environments, Organization and Resource Leveraging – Mr. Leonard DeChant and Mr. Curtis Grimes.

Also on the Agenda:

The Board is asked to approve employment appointments for substitute teachers, small group instructors, home instructors, support staff and support staff substitutes.

A proposal for Contracted Services for James Zwisler, Educational Consultant, for the 2011-2012 school year.
