There is a group home for Violent Youth at 1930 Victoria Street. How is the School Board or City able to establish this Group Home without informing the neighborhood? How safe are we from these boys? Can we expect to have more group homes in our neighborhoods that will house youth sex offenders and drug users? I have written to the Law Director and tried to contact the Ward 1 Councilman but no one responds.
