Mugshot of the Day: Man Caught in the Act; Charged With Felony Burglary

Thanks to a tip from an observant Cuyahoga Falls resident, a man was found by police inside a Lynn Drive residence he was burglarizing.

Nick Limric, 26, of Cuyahoga Falls, was arrested Saturday evening after caught him in the act of burglarizing a house on Lynn Drive.

The arrest was due, in large part, to an observant neighbor who called police after seeing Limric enter the household, reports the Akron Beacon Journal.

He was charged with one count of burglary – a second-degree felony – and appeared in on Monday.

Limric is being held at Summit County Jail. His bond was set at $50,000.

He’ll appear before Judge Kim Hoover on Monday, June 11 for a preliminary hearing, according to stowmunicourt.com.
