Off to the Races: CVCA, Cuyahoga Falls High Break Records at Don Faix Invitational
Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy and Cuyahoga Falls High School are certainly on the right track this season.
Apparently, track and field athletes from and are quite familiar with the saying that records are meant to be broken.
This past Saturday at Crestwood High’s Don Faix Memorial Invitational, CVCA’s Benny Schwarz, Evan Carroscia, Darryl Moore and Kevin Moore set a meet record in the 1,600-meter relay by winning in 3:33.5.
Cuyahoga Falls’ Chris Harris also put his name in the Faix record books by clearing the 300-meter hurdles in 40.6 seconds, according to www.ohio.com.
