Plowing Continues in Cuyahoga Falls
Main streets in Falls are clear, but side streets can be treacherous
The most recent winter storm shut down schools and kept plow crews busy, but and fire dispatchers reported little trouble on the roads, save a few vehicles stuck in ditches.
At least 5 inches of heavy, wet snow fell in Cuyahoga Falls, with deeper drifts in parts. Main roads were pretty clear by Friday afternoon, although many side streets had not yet been cleared. Most appeared to be passable.
A parking ban remains in effect through Sunday at 7 a.m.
