"Ride For 9-11" Stops in Cuyahoga Falls
Firefighters biking from California to New York City travel through Cuyahoga Falls on Tues., Aug. 30.
The firefighters, who are cycling 3,300 miles almost non-stop from California to New York City, made a trip to Cuyahoga Falls Tuesday afternoon as part of the Ride for 9-11.
The group is honoring the 343 firefighters killed in the terrorist attacks.
The ride also is meant to honor the nation's military personnel and is raising money for the The Leary Firefighters Foundationand the Wounded Warrior Project.

The firefighters stopped in Kent and will continue to Pittsburgh Wednesday.
