Rockin' on the River, Summit 91.3 Team Up for Friday's Red Wanting Blue Show

• Led by singer-songwriter Scott Terry, Red Wanting Blue has become “America’s local band”. • Public Radio is a populist rock and roll collaboration between singer-songwriter Andy Dolson (Dolson, I’ll Never Be Me”) and guitarist Patrick Boyle (Keith Ravine, Kate Tucker). Their demos recently found their way into the hands of indie producer Matt Goldman (Copeland, Meg & Dia, Anathallo, etc) who after hearing the songs asked the band to drop everything and come to Atlanta and track. • A Band Named Ashes has a variety of musical influences in their songs from folk to funk, gospel, pop, hip-hop, rock, blues, and more. It’s these different musical styles that give them its unique sound, along with their instrumentation. Live performances are dynamic, with improvised parts finding its way into the music. • Starting us off on this special night, The Modern Electric is a Cleveland-based four piece restoring faith in pop music band.
