Say so Long to Sugo

The Cuyahoga Falls casual, fine dining restaurant recently shut its doors after chef and owner Louis Prpich could no longer run the business due to ongoing health problems.

After 18 months of business, Sugo Modern Italian Bistro has closed its doors.Β

The contemporary restaurant -- which replaced the shuttered DiLullo's in March of 2011 -- received rave reviews from many Northeast Ohio critics upon opening.

However, owner and head chef Louis Prpich could no longer maintain the casual, fine fine dining eatery due to serious ongoing health issues, according to a former employee who asked not to be named. Β
