Trick-or-Treat Night Set for Oct. 27

Midweek Halloween influences mayor's decision.

Trick-or-treat hours for Cuyahoga Falls will be 6-8 p.m. Β Saturday, Oct. 27, following the annual Halloween Spooktacular at Falls River Square being 2-4 p.m.Β

Mayor Don L. Robart issued a message toΒ remind all trick-or-treaters of the following safety tips:

β€’ Make sure you take a parent with you.Β
β€’Β If you wear a mask, make sure you can see clearly.
β€’Β Stop, look, and listen before crossing the street. Don’t cross the street
between parked cars.Β  Trick-or-treat on one side of the street, cross at
the corner, and do the other side.
β€’Β If possible, carry or wear a glow-in-the-dark item. Cars can see you
better.
β€’Β Never go into the house of a stranger.
β€’Β Have a parent check your treats before you eat them.
