Based on asking a lot of questions over the past 15 years, I am currently of the opinion that the key top leaders have been reasonably satisfied with their own results. Meaning, they learned how to use a little bit of the technology to send emails. But, these same top leaders have never been curious enough to act on the potential of the latest free tools. The exception to this statement is that a few have tried Facebook. But, Facebook has some risks paired with rewards.
And, so we must ask, "What is missing in this mix?"
