Woodridge High Lady Bulldogs Face Beaumont in Sectionals
After a narrow win over Revere, the Lady Bulldogs will head to Nordonia on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. to play Beaumont High in the Division II sectional playoffs.
The perfect season is within reach for the Woodridge girls basketball team.
On Wednesday night though, the Lady Bulldogs' (21-0) championship hopes were almost dashed after a shaky first half against Revere High in the district playoffs, according to the Falls News Press.
They regrouped and narrowly won the game, 48-43.

Their play was uncharacteristic, given that the Lady Bulldogs made school history by going undefeated after a 63-53 victory against Waterloo last week.
For sectionals, Woodridge will face off against Beaumont High (5-11) in Nordonia. Tipoff is at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
