• Over $37,000 stolen from food pantry in Ohio, woman & former co-director indicted (newsbreak.com) — Residents in Delaware are learning that a former co-director of the city's Eastside Mission Food Pantry has been indicted, accused of stealing at least $37,500 from the charity and its donors, including elderly Ohioans. State and local investigators say the alleged thefts occurred from early 2024 through mid-September 2026, and the case is now in Delaware County Common Pleas Court while the defendant remains presumed innocent.
