• Fairlawn City Council grants final site plan approval for townhome project (akron.com) — Fairlawn City Council has approved the final site plan for Phase 1 of a 22-unit townhome subdivision behind the upcoming Brassica restaurant on West Market Street, with nine units targeted for completion in early 2027. Council also reviewed road and park improvements, adjusted TIF arrangements, backed a major Fairlawn Country Club expansion, and announced its next meeting on October 5.
