The Fairlawn Area Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Copley-Fairlawn Schools Foundation, is sponsoring its 21st Annual Golfing for Education Charity Event. Proceeds are used for scholarships awarded to Copley High School graduating seniors and for teacher grants.
The four person scramble will take place on Monday, June 10, 2013 at Chippewa Golf Course located at 12147 Shank Rd., Doylestown, Ohio. Registration will be at 9:30 A.M. with a shotgun start at 10:30 A.M. A box lunch will be provided and immediately following golf there will be a buffet dinner with a cash bar and awards.
The price is $125 per person and this fee includes, green fees, cart, entry into all contests (Par 3’s, Long Drive, Hole-In-One) and the boxed lunch and buffet dinner.
Contributions are payable to: Copley-Fairlawn Schools Foundation and MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AMEX accepted. Golfers can register by calling 330.664.4800 or mailing a registration to 3797 Ridgewood Rd, Copley, Ohio 44321, ATTN: Chris McNulty. Registrations forms are available at www.fairlawnareachamber.org or www.cfsfoundation.com. All registrations are due by June 5, 2013.
