Tai Chi Aerobically

In this new class, you'll learn fun and challenging ways to build core muscles and increase strength while improving aerobic conditioning, body alignment, balance and left/right brain integration.

Each class will include Tai Chi movements, Qigong breathing, Solo & partner stretching, Healing modalities.

Free trial classes offered Wednesday, January 11 & 18. Five week series starts Jan. 25.
