New Stores at Summit Mall

Some new stores are coming to Summit Mall this year, and another has remodeled.

• Torrid, a plus-size women’s clothing store that offers the latest styles ranging from jeans and tops to swimwear, will open in late fall next to Sunglass Hut. It will occupy two spaces totaling 2,500 square feet.

• The finishing touches are being put in place for Victoria’s Secret Pink, a subsidiary of the popular women’s lingerie and clothing brand that offers trendy  but comfortable fashion including loungewear, hoodies, sweats and swimwear.

• Teavana, a specialty tea and teawares retailer, is set to open later this summer. 

• Brighton Collectibles announced earlier this year it will bring its accessories, including jewelry, wallets, handbags and sunglasses, as well as footwear and home goods, to the mall this fall.

• American Commodore Tuxedo, a men’s and women’s formalwear retailer for special occasions, opened its new permanent location across from Eddie Bauer in the Macy’s concourse last weekend. The retailer occupies 1,981 square feet. 

“It’s been an exciting year at Summit Mall,” said Kate Miller, area director of marketing and business development for Simon Property Group.
