Two Teens Caught Stealing Hundreds in Merchandise from Macy's

On Sept. 6, security at saw two teenage girls — one 17, one 18 — walking around the store grabbing several items, according to a report.
Security saw the girls go into a dressing room but walk out with nothing, the report said. When the guard checked the rooms, there was nothing in there.
Officers stopped the girls walking out of the department store and into the mall. The 17-year-old had 13 items valued at $242.97 and the 18-year-old had seven items valued at $125.10, the report said.

The 18-year-old was released with a citation and the 17-year-old's parents could not be reached so she was taken to the Summit County Juvenile Detention Center.
