Evolve is hosting a women's self defense seminar this Sunday from 1-3pm. We are teaming up with North Coast Defense Academy to bring everyone a very well respected and highly effective self defense program. We have been around for over 8 years and have brought in some of the worlds best in Krav maga, kickboxing, and Jiu-Jitsu. The information you will take from this seminar you will be able to use for the rest of your life.
We are located right outside the Fairlawn/Montrose area, we are right next to the pinnacle building on route 18.
