StoneWater Golf Club Hosts Second Annual "Trunk or Treat: Golf Cart Style"

Some neighborhoods do driveways, other neighborhoods do trunks; at StoneWater, they use golf cards. On Friday, October 16, 2026, StoneWater Golf Club will host its second annual Trunk or Treat: Golf Cart Style, turning Trick or Treat into a full-blown fall celebration. Running from 6 PM to 9 PM, the free event is open to the public and welcomes families, Trick or Treaters, and anyone looking for one last fall night out.

The public is invited to reserve a golf cart free of charge, decorate it for Halloween and hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. Participants decorating a cart should bring their own candy to distribute. Prizes will be awarded for the top three decorated carts. Families are invited to bring children in costume to trick-or-treat among the decorated carts from 6–7 PM, no reservation required. And, for those simply looking to enjoy the atmosphere, the clubhouse bar will offer seasonal cocktails, Halloween music, and a food stand, open to guests whether they're decorating or trick-or-treating.

The timing of the event will be:

·4–6 PM: Arrive and decorate your cart

·6–7 PM: Trick-or-treating at the golf carts; event opens

·6–9 PM: Food, drinks & fall fun

Guests interested in hosting a decorated cart are must reserve their spot in advance, as space is limited; the StoneWater team will follow up to confirm each reservation. Guests bringing their own golf cart are also asked to register to secure a spot.

In the event of cold weather, carts will be moved from The Yard to the back of the clubhouse near the Venue patio, with the Venue open for families to warm up throughout the evening. The bar, cocktails, music, and food stand (relocated to the covered patio) will continue as planned.

Costumes are encouraged for children and adults alike, and leashed dogs are welcome outdoors. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, though candy for participating carts are welcome.
