• Recovery groups host Save a Life Day (irontontribune.com) — Ironton's Farmers Market is hosting a Save a Life Day today, bringing recovery groups together to share Narcan, overdose-reversal training, and information on local treatment resources. Organized by Bethesda Services in Ironton, the event also features food, activities, and booths from groups like HopeSource, Riverside Recovery, TPC Wellness, People's Bank, and the Ironton Fire Department.
• Indiana high school football's best 25 teams after Week 6 (indystar.com) — Bloomington South, one of Indiana's top high school football teams, is heading to play at Ironton, giving local fans a chance to see a highly ranked out-of-state opponent. • Royce Thacker (irontontribune.com) — Family and friends in Ironton are mourning the passing of 82-year-old Royce E. Thacker, remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
