• Body of Preston County boater missing since August found on Lake Erie beach (wvnews.com) — Authorities have confirmed that the body of a 73-year-old West Virginia boater missing since an August capsizing on Lake Erie has been recovered, with the case reported from Jefferson. His remains were found on Walnut Beach in Ashtabula after extensive searches by the Coast Guard and state officials had previously been suspended.
