This race is part of Heritage Festival. This is a fundraiser for the United Way of Portage County. United Way raises and distributes funds for over 40 social service agencies in Portage County.
We need volunteers for the following:
Race promotion, packet pick-up, cheering runners, setting up and tearing down the course, water station, awards table, runner hospitality, etc.

If you have time to spare we will find a job for you! If you can't help on race day but want to be involved let us know. We need help with race promotion and packet pick up.
The race will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2012 from 7 PM-10 PM. Therefore we need volunteers before, during, and after the race.

The race will begin at Dix Stadium in Kent and finish near DuBois Bookstore. The race starts at 7:00 PM and there is an after party at 157 Lounge immediately following.
