HOMETOWN BANK WELCOMES MATTHEW CARTER

KENT, OH:  Hometown Bank is pleased to welcome Matthew Carter as Assistant Vice President, Residential Mortgage Specialist.  Carter is a Kent native and graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University.  “Matt’s strong mortgage finance background make him a perfect fit as we grow our residential mortgage operation” states Senior Vice President, Scott Stiegemeier.   Matthew has 11 years experience within the industry and brings additional experience to the bank’s current residential lending area. 

 

Matthew and his wife Rachel (Hansford) Carter, both Theodore Roosevelt high school graduates currently reside in Sagamore Hills and are expecting their first baby in June.  An avid golfer and hockey player Matthew is also an active volunteer with Boys & Girls Club of Portage and Summit Counties.  Matthew states “I’m looking forward to this terrific opportunity and am proud to be part of the Hometown Bank team.”
