I came to downtown Kent to photograph the lights in the trees at Main and Water last evening at dusk, but alas, they were not turned on. As I turned north on Mantua Street on my way home, I noticed that the library looked impressive in the fading light. I love the deep blue sky after sunset on winter nights as it makes a rich background for lit objects.
