Chamber Cartel Plays Donofrio
Vanguard New Music Series - Sat., April 25, 7:30 Atlanta-based ensemble performs Anthony Donofrio's V: "oratio secreta" - admission free
On Saturday, April 25 Kent State University’s Vanguard New Music Guest Artists Series will present a concert by the Atlanta-based chamber music collective Chamber Cartel. Chamber Cartel will perform V: “oratio secreta” by composer Anthony Donofrio. This will be the sixth and final concert of the 2014-2015 Vanguard Series. This recital, which will be held at the Carl F. W. Ludwig Recital Hall in the Center for the Performing Arts, will begin at 7:30 P.M. Admission will be free.
The members of Chamber Cartel who will be performing on this concert are flutist Matthieu Clavé, clarinetist Lisa Kachouee, violist Katie Taylor, pianist Amy O’Dell, and percussionist Caleb Herron.
