The city offers free curbside Christmas tree pickup from Jan. 7-18. Residents are asked to remove all tinsel, lights, ornaments and plastic bags before placing the tree at the curb, separate from all other trash, during the two-week collection period.

Residents also can drop their Christmas trees off at the city's Yard Waste Transfer Site, located at the entrance to Plum Creek Park, between 7:15 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. weekdays.
