The Garden Club of Kent has Community Garden plots
available to the public. Plot sizes in feet are 8x10, 16x20 and 16x40. The plots
are fertilized each fall, plowed each spring, and water is provided in close
proximity to the gardens. Prices start at only $15 and spaces are still
available. Planting time begins at the end of May. Contact Sue at 330-673-4048 for information or to rent a space. With
parental supervision, children are encouraged to help in the family’s garden. Gardening provides exercise, family time, fresh food, sunshine, and satisfaction! Try it; you might like it!!
