The Small Works Competition is free and open to regional and local artists and Kent State students, faculty and staff. Each piece must fall within the size requirements of 12 inches by 12 inches by 12 inches. Artists should drop off their work at the Downtown Gallery between noon and 5 p.m. on Nov. 9 or Nov. 10. Professor Sean Mercer of the glass department will choose the winners.
This annual sale allows admirers the opportunity to purchase unique gifts and support the local art community.
The gallery is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
