ANNUAL THANKSGIVING BRUNCH BUNCH

The annual Thanksgiving Brunch Bunch is celebrating 44 years! Once again, Brunch Bunch is taking place Thanksgiving morning at the American Legion Post #496, 1945 Mogadore Rd., Kent from 8:00 am until noon. The annual Thanksgiving Brunch Bunch helps to raise money for community charities within Portage County. Local merchants, organizations, and community members donate products, gifts, and services to be auctioned off to the highest bidder. It is a morning of fun, socializing, and laughter and a great opportunity for you to help feed those in need. Total proceeds from the auction and raffle will benefit: Kent Social Services Hot Meals, Center of Hope, The Lord’s Pantry, and Coleman Adult Day Services Food Programs.

We would appreciate any and all items for the live auction or monetary donations! Donations can be dropped off at Hall-Green Agency, 146 N. DePeyster St., Kent;  Portage Community Bank in Ravenna at 1311 E. Main St., or at their Kent location at 1532 S. Water St., or please feel free to contact Michelle Hartman at 330-815-4315 with any questions or to arrange a pick-up of your donated item.

Another way to support the event is by purchasing a smoked turkey. Cajun Dave's at the Water Street Tavern is offering 12lb. average, fully cooked smoked turkeys for only $40 with all net proceeds to benefit Brunch Bunch. To place an order or for more information, please contact Jeanne Kotis at 330.673.5873. Order deadline is November 8th.
