Cellist Andrea Beltran Landers will present a free recital with piano accompanists at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Kent on Sunday, April 21st at 7:00 p.m.
Ms. Beltran is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Performance with an emphasis on Chamber Music, under the guidance of assistant professor Keith Robinson at Kent State University. A native of Peru, Ms. Beltran began her training under the guidance of Finnish pedagogue Annika Petrozzi. In 2008, she was awarded a full scholarship to study under Dr. Moises Molina at Western Illinois University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with honors as Departmental Scholar in 2012.
The Kent Unitarian Church has recently been host to a series of Chamber Music concerts, as the acoustics and size of the sanctuary provide an excellent setting for performances. The concert is free and open to the public.
