First Book Bowl-a-Palooza

This event raises money to provide free books to children in need in Portage County.

$25.00 Team registration fee includes 3 games, shoe rental and prizes.

Teams should have between 4 and 6 bowlers.

 Teams are encouraged to help First Book meet its goal by seeking pledges.

• Registrations paid by check are due by Friday, June 3,  2011.

• Registrations cannot be accepted without the $25.00 fee.
• Registrations paid by cash will be accepted at the event, space permitting.
