Sheila  is a macrobiotic chef with 24 years experience. Most of her training was done with Bob Carr and Francois Roland of the East West Center of Cleveland. She was the macro chef for both The Mustard Seed and The Cleveland Food Co-op before she began raising her 3 children in 1990. She currently works as an herb and Supplement Buyer for Kent Natural Foods Cooperative. She believes that mindful application of yin and yang principles are essential in creating a satisfying and healthful meal.
