Topics of conversation may include local food production and distribution, planning for transportation, production, and distribution in a low-carbon future, sustainable housing and community planning, generalized Preservation of the Planet, and Backyard Chickens (why B.C. is still a topic in Kent when it is taken for granted everywhere else, is a subtopic of some following). There is no charge for admission; the restaurant does require a $10.00 per person minimum purchase, which may include carryout of the extensive selection of wines and beers. Happy Hour begins at 4:00, which benefits any who might choose to come early.
